Barbecue beans

2 cloves garlic
2 onions chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 carrot chopped
1 red or green pepper chopped
1 stick celery chopped
300g can red kidney beans
300g cansoy beans
300g can four bean mix
440g can tomato soup

1 tablesoo vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup water
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Place onions and chopped vegies in large pan with hot oil, saute until onion are transparent. Add drained and washed beans, mix.
Add undiluted soup, vinegar, soy sauce, worcetershire sauce, salt pepper, mustard and water, stir until combined.
Simmer for 20minutes covered, stirring occasionally.
