Pumpkin Gnocchi

4 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
125 g melted butter or 1/2 cup oil
1 cup semolina
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tblsp crushed garlic
6 eggs
hand full chopped shallots or 1 chopped small onion
1 chopped chilli
black pepper

Mix ingredients together Bake in 30 cm oiled baking dish in a 180c oven for 30 -40 mins.

Herb garlic cream

Fry 1 tlb sp chopped garlic in 1 tbl sp oil or butter add 500ml cream (fresh or sour) salt and pepper chopped chilli if you like.

Simmer 5 min.

Add 1/2 cup chopper mixed herbs.

Pour garlic cream over gnocchi when you take it out of the oven and still hot.

Return to oven for 5-10 mins.
