No knead bread

3 cups plain flour (2 white, 1 wholemeal works well)

1 1/3 cups water (plus a splash if dough isn't coming together)

1/3 tea spoon yeast

1 1/2 tea spoon salt

Mix together in bowl and cover.

Leave for 12 - 18 hours.

Add a metric fuckton of seeds and mix around.

Pour onto well floured bench and stretch corners out then fold in forming a ball in to a ball.

Place upside down into a bowl lined with a tea towl covered with flour. Sprinkle more flour on top and cover with tea towl.

Leave for 2 hours.

Place crock pot in to oven and preheat to 250c.

Flip tough in to pot and place lid on.

Bake for 30min

Remove lid and bake for another 15 min.
